1. What is the Loyalty Rewards Cash Back Program? Our Loyalty Rewards Cash Back Program is a tiered cashback system designed to thank you for shopping with us. You earn real cash back (not points!) on every purchase—and your earned cashback from purchases NEVER expire. No gimmicks, just beautiful rewards.
2. Who can join? If you shop with us, you're welcome to join—Simply sign up and start earning.
3. How do I earn cash back? You earn cashback by:
- Making purchases
- Referring someone who signs up and completes their first purchase
4. How much cashback can I earn? Our program is tier-based:
- Bronze Member (Sign-up): 10% cashback
- Silver Member (After $250 spent): 12% cashback
- Gold Member (After $500 spent): 15% cashback
- Platinum Member (After $1000 spent): 20% cashback
5. When is cashback added to my account? Cashback is added as soon as your order has been paid. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and your balance is also visible in your account and at checkout.
6. How do I redeem my cashback? Your cashback is applied toward future purchases—just like cash in your wallet. There’s no minimum required to redeem, and it can be used with any purchase, including sale items and bundles. You can apply the amount of your cashback to be used from your account where you will be issued a code to enter at the check-out.
7. Do my cashback rewards expire? Cashback earned from purchases never expire. It’s yours to use whenever you like. However, promotional rewards (like sign-up bonuses) usually expire in 30 days. Expiry details are always noted.
8. Does the $15 sign-up bonus expire? Yes. Currently, the $15 welcome bonus is a limited-time, promotional offer valid for 30 days after joining.
9. Are there any exclusions on what earns cashback? Nope! All purchases qualify for cashback, including sale items, bundles, and more.
10. How do I track my cashback? Your cashback balance is visible:
- In your account when you log in
- At checkout during future purchases
11. Can I transfer my cashback to someone else? No, cashback is non-transferable and tied to your personal account.
12. Are there referral bonuses? Yes! Refer a friend, and once they sign up and complete their first purchase, you’ll receive cashback.
13. Do members get early access to sales? Absolutely. Members receive exclusive access to sales and offers via the email linked to their account.
14. Are birthday rewards included? Not yet, but we’re working on it! We’ll share updates once birthday rewards are available.
15. What if I obtain a refund or cancel my order? If a return is processed or you cancel your order, your cashback balance will be adjusted accordingly.
